Terms & Conditions

To book any tour package, car rental, or stay, customers must pay at least 30% of the full booking amount. Vouchers once issued against advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

Full payments for any booking must be cleared before the commencement of packages or journey.

No travel vouchers, permits, or booking confirmations will be issued without full payment clearance.

Any additional night stay or room extensions in the hotel will be completely on the client's account.

A standard 50% cancellation charge is applicable on the total booking amount immediately after confirmation.

Any planned arrival after 6:00 PM must be reported to our desk representatives in advance.

Standard check-out time is 12:00 Noon at all partnered hotels and resorts unless specified otherwise.

TOUR HOLIDAY TRAVELS and/or our local representatives are not responsible for any sort of theft or loss of personal properties. All luggage and belongings must be kept under tourist custody.

Hampering of the service of TOUR HOLIDAY TRAVELS directly or indirectly by acts of Government, machinery breakdown, weather calamities, fire, water, civil disturbance, strikes, or sudden modifications in itinerary are exempt from liability, except when caused directly by negligence.
