We collect passenger name, age, gender, and ID document numbers (Aadhaar/Passport) to fulfill government-regulated inner line permits for restricted regions of Sikkim (Tsomgo Lake, Lachen, Lachung) and Bhutan.
2. Payment Security
All financial transits are processed securely via external Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant engines (Razorpay). No CVV or card credentials are saved on our servers.
