Cancellation Policy
Official policy regarding booking cancellations, advances, natural obstructions, and standard check-out regulations.
50% Post-Booking Charge
As soon as a package or voucher is reserved, a standard 50% cancellation fee is applicable on the total amount. This covers immediate non-refundable hotel allocations, blockages, and vehicle registration permit clearances with state/military borders.
1. Advance Deposit Refundability
A minimum of 30% of the total booking price is required as an advance deposit to process any package voucher. Vouchers issued against this advance deposit are strictly non-refundable once hotel room blocks and vehicle permits are confirmed.
2. Landslides & Natural Obstructions
Himalayan routes can be blocked by weather landslides, state strikes, or military closures. If tour itineraries are hampered, alternate sightseeing routes are arranged. Cash refunds are exempt under force majeure terms.
3. Full Payment Commencement
No travel permits or hotel vouchers will be officially active without full payment clearance. Full payments must be made prior to the package start date.
4. Late Arrivals Notice
In case of evening check-ins or arrivals after 6:00 PM, clients must inform our representatives in advance to keep room blocks secure.
